This smartly finished development between St James Park and Victoria provides a great base for sightseeing. The home does lack a lived-in feel, however, with underfloor heating and speakers in every room it has been impressively finished. A concierge to welcome you is also a nice touch after a long day of exploring.

It's a ground floor apartment so from the living space you only get street views and you'll have to draw the curtains for privacy
There is only air conditioning in the bedroom
There's a sofa-bed for an additional two guests but they will have to use the shower in the en-suite, so it won't be the most comfortable setup

The narrow terrace area is on the street side so isn't that practical
