Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This home would be ideal for business travellers looking to unwind, with the option of using the building's hot tub, three pools, three fitness centres, BBQ grills and picnic area. It isn't the most characterful or stylish home in our collection in terms of its interiors, the style is simple and lacking in lived-in charm, but it's central - being a fifteen-minute drive from the beach and close to LAX airport. While Playa Vista is a quieter area, the more exciting neighbourhoods of Culver City and Marina del Rey are nearby.

Home truths
While clean and brand new, Playa Vista, the neighbourhood this home is located in, lacks character or history and is not in the middle of the action
The home is purpose built and feels more like a serviced apartment than a lived-in home
The building's hot tub has a surrounding fence which is not very attractive
The images above show the style and furnishings of a standard 1-bedroom in this complex - your particular property may have a slightly different layout

Today it's becoming the new tech hub for Los Angeles, with massive offices for Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Yahoo!, amongst other small tech start-ups. This population of technology companies has made it the southern anchor to the strip of neighbourhoods...
