A Fine Madness is a duplex that is both cosy and cool – a hidden gem in the concrete jungle. With two levels of a private garden and an upper terrace, this property feels more like a country home than a city dwelling. As this is a lived-in home, guests will find a fully-stocked kitchen and lots of personal belongings, which might not work for minimalists. For those looking for a homely experience, however, host Anna’s personal touches are the cherry on top for this modern Upper East Side apartment.
