Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Located in the increasingly hip Florentin neighbourhood, this apartment goes for a less-is-more approach and we think it pulls it off. The monochromatic kitchen is sleek and minimalist, and there are a few choice furnishings dotted about — the wire dining chairs embrace industrial-chic trends and the ring-shaped light fitting catches the eye upon entrance. The home's balcony also adds to the appeal, too. Being up on the first floor means that it sits at the same level as the trees growing close by, adding an element of leafy privacy to the space. When you're in the mood for venturing out, there are seven art galleries within a ten minutes' walk and you can get to Old Jaffa in twenty to snoop around the flea markets and winding alleys.
