With incredible views over São Jorge Castle hill, this apartment in Lisbon's historic Alfama district is a laid-back pad perfect for those wanting to get the most out of the city. Sleek and minimalist, the home’s interiors let the views do all the talking, with the living room’s balcony inviting morning coffees and sunset drinks while feasting on the vistas. The bedrooms, too, are elegant and simple with picture windows proffering more sights and the master’s window-facing desk making work a treat. About Graça
Graça is the highest point of Lisbon's seven hills, sitting just above the beautiful Alfama. You’ll find some of the best views of the city in this neighbourhood. Wind your way slowly up and down the cobbled streets, pausing at viewpoints to take in the pastel-painted walls of Alfama. The downside to the incredible views is the steepness of Graça – we advise taking it steady and calling in to local bars and restaurants for regular energy-boosts. As the sun sets over Lisbon, you’ll find your efforts in finding the perfect terrace worthwhile.
