While we did find several things that could have been improved (or removed, in the case of the fake cactus), we had no hesitation in choosing Spokes. It’s on the seventh floor of the building, and the views are genuinely breathtaking, and kind of have to be seen to be believed. The living room has a playfulness to it, embodied by the tree and the bike on the wall, and the mezzanine is a really nice idea (again, apart from the ‘cactus’). The flat’s on Plaza Catalunya, and it goes without saying that it’s an excellent spot.
