This home is in a very new building, meaning that it's pretty much immaculate. Inside the sleek, modern space you'll find high-quality furniture and appliances (all the kitchen appliances are Miele), along with plenty of natural light flooding in through the huge windows. The breakfast bar is ideal for sipping coffee along with a quick bite, while the elegant dining corner is perfect for more formal meals. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner at the end of the day, a bathtub for long soaks, and a rainfall shower to relax under. The location in Paddington is ultra-convenient too – the Heathrow Express comes straight into the station and is just over the footbridge. The surrounding area is undergoing a big renovation, and has lots of new eateries to explore, including canal boats that double up as restaurants. Plus, Hyde Park is just a fifteen-minute walk away, and if you want to venture into central London then it only takes twenty minutes on the Tube.
