The home is on the fourth floor with no lift access, so it is not be suited to those with mobility difficulties
The lounge area is small so it's not convenient for a group planning to do lots of socialising at home
There is only one shower, and it's in the master ensuite bathroom, so all guests will have to share it, which might not be the most practical arrangement
