A former artist's studio, it's been converted into cosy loft spaces around a central courtyard, making it an ideal base for a large group. There's everything you might need for a comfortable stay with four bedrooms and a separate studio loft with an additional mezzanine sleeping area. The location is really second to none, in the hip neighbourhood of Canal Saint Martin, there's plenty to do in the area if you do leave the home. A highlight is the semi-private courtyard that comes alive in the summertime – ideal for enjoying a glass of wine or family meal under the stars.

About Canal Saint Martin - Oberkampf
Canal Saint Martin is to Paris what Williamsburg once was to New York or Shoreditch was to London. This part of town still retains a certain grittiness that has been largely lost from the abovementioned counterparts - gentrification is undoubtedly on its way but the area still feels authentic and edgy so get there before this changes! You'll be rubbing shoulders with Paris's hippest young things, smoking and drinking outside...
