If you prefer your mountain escapes to be a bit more five-star hotel and a little less rustic cabin, then this apartment is the one for you. Looking out over the alpine slopes and large communal pool, the living area opens up onto a private balcony where you’ll watch the sunrise over the pines. The four cosy bedrooms offer plenty of space for families or friend groups, and there’s an eight-seater oak dining table where you’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day skiing at Vail. When you get back, drop your equipment off at the ski concierge and sink into the wraparound sofa to warm up in front of the crackling fire. The master en-suite even has a luxurious soaking tub to ease any aches and pains.

About Vail
The Rocky Mountains provide some of the best skiing opportunities not just in North America, but in the world, and nowhere is that more obvious than Colorado. And in the summer, the hiking trails can provide just as much activity. Vail is a real hotspot for this outdoor action, with vast mountain slopes and countless non-skiing options. The town itself, modelled after alpine villages in Switzerland and Germany, is known for its lively apres-ski scene. The surrounding towns and villages don’t have the same reputation for being celebrity destinations, but they offer quieter slopes and equally charming main streets.

Host
This home is managed by Linsday
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Linsday is the kind of host that goes above and beyond. The thoughtful touches make all the difference, even something as simple as umbrellas by the front door really make for a relaxing stay. The style and ambience she's created is very unique, cool and contemporary - especially for a suburban home in the mountains. The main thing you'll feel in one of Linsday's homes is looked after.
