Say hello to this modern, beachside paradise. Inspired by the lush Pacific tropical greenery, this home features evergreen sofas, exclusive floral artwork and an abundance of houseplants. With architecture that lends itself to a unique, quirky, retro beach charm – sliding window doors lead outside to an alfresco dining and lounge area, delightfully surrounded by rich shrubbery. On the other side of the kitchen, there is a bar where it's always happy hour (well, this is your home-away-from-home) that connects to the indoor dining area. Fancy a ping pong tournament in the games room? Of course, you do. And out in the garden, there's a hammock for an afternoon doze. This home is right by Bird Rock Beach only 300 feet away – a great spot for adrenaline-pumping water sports and La Jolla Beach is just a fifteen-minute drive away too. Although there's certainly plenty of light outside, the lack of natural light coming through the home may put some guests off
