Step right out into the sea from the pretty patio of this quirky villa on the Balearic Sea. Thanks to its location, the home also boasts wonderful views out to sea from its wraparound terrace, which is held up by bright yellow columns. To really make the most of the unrivalled position, cook a meal on the barbecue to enjoy in the open air, lie back on a sun lounger overlooking the sea, or sip a cocktail on the balcony as the sun goes down. Inside, exposed wooden beams and tiled floors create a welcoming space, while there’s a separate studio with its own kitchenette, lounge, bathroom and double bedroom, allowing one couple extra privacy. Perched on the outskirts of Alcudia, Your location sits between two outstanding bays offering promenades, marinas and most importantly, sandy beaches to explore in the warmth of the sun. Only 2 kilometres away from Alcudia's centre, a vast array of local restaurants, bars and boutiques await within walking distance.

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay.
