This bright and contemporary home, brimming with greenery, can be found tucked away in the artistic district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Well located, you're only a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Louvre Museum but also wedged between parks, cafes and galleries. With an office space perfect for writers inspired by the city, this home can accommodate business trips. Though we think it's best for families, especially with the trundle beds and nursery. We recommend lazy breakfasts in style around the dining table.

Home truths

Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport.

Since the photo shoot, a single bed has been placed in the nursery and the single and trundle bed of the second bedroom have been placed in the mezzanine level. The trundle bed can sleep an additional guest. We'll set up a collapsible hanging rail too. Please let us know if you'd like this made up for your stay.

Though there's no air-conditioning, fans are available on request.

There are stairs to climb here.

A cat normally lives here, and while he won't be around during your stay, people with allergies might want to take note.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

The fireplaces in this home are purely decorative.
