Situated in the heart of Topsham with glimpses of the river, this home is packed full of vintage, retro and antique collectibles. A small patio at the back gives way to a walled garden – perfect for summer evenings. There’s a host of independent shops, galleries and restaurants within walking distance, and you’re also in a position to explore the ancient port town. A few minutes’ walk away, you can cross the river Exe at its narrowest point with a trip on the Topsham Ferry. From there, you can walk a couple of miles to an excellent pub (The Turf), or go even further to Powderham Castle and the Dawlish Warren sand dunes.
