If you’re looking for the ideal cottage for a family holiday in the Welsh countryside, then this is it. Nestled in the lush, green Cywarch Valley, your only neighbours are the occasional flock of sheep. The warm and welcoming living room is perfect for spending some quality time together, whether that’s playing games or curling up with a good movie in front of the fire. Kids will love their matching bunk beds almost as much as they love roaming the large garden. The outdoor hot tub is a lovely spot for enjoying a glass of wine or gazing up at the stars. If you’re feeling energetic, then the peaks of Snowdonia National Park beckon – nearby Aran Fawddwy is a spectacular hike. There are also plenty of local opportunities for mountain biking, along with quaint village pubs, fishing on the rivers and even a craft centre.

About Snowdonia
Mountains, lakes, wooded valleys and picture-postcard villages. We’re not in the Alps – this is Wales, and it’s as rugged and just about as exhilarating as you want it to be. Snowdonia National Park is a hiker’s paradise and home to Wales’ biggest lake and highest mountain. After you’ve tackled Snowdon (we won’t tell if you take the little train), there are countless other peaks and trails to explore, many...
