This tubular eco haven combines sustainable building technology with luxury farm living. It's a passive house, made from low-impact materials and featuring a green roof. Clever tech includes smart air-quality sensors and infrared underfloor heating. The huge windows at one end make the most of open farmland views, while the French doors from the master bedroom lead to another patio at the rear. Set on a farm in a quiet Kent village, it's the perfect spot to make the most of the great outdoors. Keen cyclists will be pleased to know there's a bike storage shed, and walkers can take on the Kent Downs. It's halfway between Canterbury and the beaches of Hythe, with a huge range of outing options only twenty minutes away by car. Best of all, the village shop and the local pub are just a short stroll away. In the evenings, sit out on the patio and enjoy some of Kent's best stargazing skies.

The city centre is compact and beautiful – with cobbled streets lined with architectural treasures, fabulous shopping and an eclectic mix of eateries, ancient pubs and student bars. Nearly one...
