In the very heart of Croyde, this huge house is perfect for extended families and it's only a ten-minute walk from the beach. There are pubs and restaurants on your doorstep but there's also plenty of open-plan space at home if you'd like to cook sumptuous family meals, and a large dining table that can seat a full house. You'll find a useful utility room for storing beach equipment or muddy boots, a small study if you need to get work done and a snug on the top floor with a TV and games console – something for teenagers to look forward to. The decked balcony is a great feature, with far-reaching views and a spiral staircase down to the large garden. As well as the popular surfing beach at Croyde, you're close to Saunton Sands. Further afield is Ilfracombe and the pretty twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, famous for the original funicular railway which connects them.
