This lovely North Devon home has been specially kitted out to impress the harshest home-rental critics – your children. They’ll love its proximity to the beach, with lots of sand for building castles and a surf school for active teens and tweens. Back at the house there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, a dedicated playroom with a smart TV, DVD player, toys and games. An enclosed south-facing garden is safe for them to play in while you sunbathe or barbecue. And after their bedtime, it's perfect for a tipple under the stars. This home also makes a convenient base to explore the rest of North Devon, including the fishing villages at Appledore and Biddeford, Ilfracombe's Tunnel Beaches and aquarium, or try horse riding on Dartmoor for some thrill. All in all, a fantastic choice to make family memories to last a lifetime.
