Situated down a private track, this home is perfect for those looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. The surrounding marshland is famous for its birdlife, and people come from all over to see marsh harriers, egrets and barn owls. With such beautiful surroundings, it's no surprise this home has giant floor-to-ceiling windows both upstairs and downstairs. There's a cosy living room with a log burner for the colder months and a beautiful vaulted ceiling in the bedroom, where you can enjoy incredible views from the comfort of your bed. Outside there's a patio for al fresco meals, and a short walk away is a further acre of land to explore. The village is separated from Southwold by Buss Creek but footpaths will lead you right to the town centre and the beach in twenty five minutes.
