One of a small group of cottages set in vast grounds, this charming home is a cosy romantic retreat for two. Nature lovers will be in their element in the former milking parlour, which also boasts views across open countryside and access to the fishing lakes. If you're just here to recharge your batteries, there's nothing better than a lakeside walk and a barbecue on the home's south-facing patio, but if you're here to explore you'll be in the best spot to reach all Anglesey has to offer. Inside, the stone building has been beautifully converted to create a snug and well-equipped home. There's a log burner in the living room, a partly open layout allowing it to feel more sociable when one of you is cooking, and a pretty garden with seating areas to both the front and rear. Central Anglesey is a beautiful, green place to explore but you're never far from the coast with its sandy beaches and coastal paths. Visit Moelfre, around a twenty-minute drive away, for its great café, pretty shops and memorable walks.

On the other side of town, Morfa Beach boasts a long stretch of soft sand for sunny days and blustery winter walks.
