A clapboard home in the mountains is a sight we’ll never tire of. This recently renovated townhouse sits in the heart of Park City, steps away from Main Street and a short walk to the ski lift. You can carve from the top of the Quit’N Time run right up to the backdoor of your property. As for the home itself? A sublime mountain getaway. The quaint exterior gives way to sleek finishes and modern furnishings, creating a sophisticated place to call home – we particularly love the dark wooden framing of the fireplace, and the unique swirls of the coffee table. When you’re not perfecting your parallel turns, relax tired muscles in the private hot tub or curl up on the sofa in front of the fire. And when the weather calls for it, the outdoor patio is the ideal après-ski spot.

The fourth bedroom is on an upper mezzanine level under the roof, and comprises three beds sleeping six guests – so make sure you’re ok with sharing
