Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This one bedroom home is a continental affair with its French-inspired furnishings and Little Venice location. Inside, the living area is comfortable and stylish with its plump sofa and sleek, glossy cabinets. We have a soft spot for the romantic artwork – it adds a distinctly homey touch that makes you feel right at ease. The mirrored wall is a clever addition, making the whole space feel larger and reflecting the light streaming in from the French doors opposite. Through them, you’ll find a balcony overlooking a communal garden. Sit out here first thing in the morning and you’ll almost forget you’re in one of the busiest cities in the world. Stroll just five minutes down to the canal, grabbing a pastry from a quaint coffee shop along the way, and amble along the water into Paddington with its elegant Georgian townhouses and historic pubs. When you’re ready to explore further afield, Warwick Avenue tube station is only four minutes from your front door, connecting you to all four corners of the city.

About Maida Vale
Leafy Maida Vale is one of London's most sought-after residential areas and for good reason. If you sidestep the tourists posing for photos on the zebra crossing made famous by that Beatles cover, you’ll quickly find what makes this part of town quite so special. Home to beautiful streets of white stucco houses, the very instagrammable canals of Little Venice, and lots of interesting places to eat and drink, Maida Vale residents certainly know how to live well. The BBC's Maida Vale studios means that many residents are bigwigs in the music and creative industries.
