Located high on a hill in Saint Tropez’s quieter, subtler sister resort, Sainte-Maxime, this bright, sea-facing terraced home makes an ideal French Riviera retreat. Perfect for two yet with space to accommodate up to four guests, this chic home basks in its coastal setting. From the open-plan living area, a timber deck extends outdoors and this is where we imagine you’ll spend most of your time. Brew your morning coffee and plan your day as you breakfast alfresco while gazing across terracotta-tiled rooftops towards a horizon silhouetted by superyachts. Saint Tropez can be glimpsed across the bay, and the quickest way to get there is by ferry from Sainte-Maxime’s harbour — a pretty enough spot in itself thanks to the colourful fishing boats and a profusion of restaurants serving up the latest catch. Beaches beckon through the local area and you even get access to a shared swimming pool at this address, although there's plenty to enjoy on dry land too — hiking paths, golf courses and thermal baths, along with an Aqualand Waterpark for those travelling with children.
