Housed in a Spanish style building dating back to the 1930s, this bright home in Echo Park is a dreamy retreat in one of Los Angeles’ most diverse and historic neighbourhoods. Feel the breeze coming through the open doors as you lounge in the living room with its statement rug, wood floors and exposed brick details. Better yet, exit through the bedroom or kitchen to soak up some sun on the private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for your relaxation. Take in views over the neighbourhood and towards the lake while enjoying your morning cup of coffee, or fire up the barbecue for a celebratory alfresco feast topped off with a sundowner. When you’re ready to explore, stroll over to Echo Park and its shimmering lake for an afternoon of pedal boating or a picnic on the green. Alternatively, hop in your car and explore Hollywood and its famous sights, a ten-minute drive away. You're also a seventeen-minute walk (or a three-minute drive) from Dodger Stadium, while the iconic Sunset Boulevard is seven minutes away on foot.
