Just a short walk from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this charming modern home is the perfect spot for a family or group of friends. Set over three floors, it's a stylish place with plenty of character features and cosy touches. Sit on the squashy sofas in front of the fire and you'll be treated to mountain views, while out back there's a barbecue and a hot tub to be enjoyed. An open-plan living space means it's easy to spend time together while cooking and eating, and on the ground floor you'll find a 'hang-out room' where the teens can go watch TV in peace – it also doubles as a fourth bedroom. We particularly love the huge master bedroom at the top of the house, with its battleship grey walls, impressive vaulted ceiling and luxury en-suite bathroom. And best of all, it's just a short walk to the shops, bars and eateries of Park City.
