Palm Springs has been the destination of choice for a glamourous getaway for well over a century now, and it's homes like this that suggest this tradition isn't in danger of dying out anytime soon. Behind the large glass doors, guests will find an impeccably styled interior filled with boldly coloured artwork, tufted furnishings and sleek white kitchen surfaces. Of course, it wouldn't be California if there wasn't somewhere to lie back and soak up the sunshine, and thankfully there's a private terrace with some loungers and a barbecue. The amenities don't stop there, as elsewhere in the condo complex, there's a communal swimming pool and spa set within a manicured garden. With all things considered, you might find it harder to leave the address than you might have thought, but when you want to go exploring, the surrounding Downtown neighbourhood has plenty of restaurants and galleries with which to get acquainted. The start of the Cactus to Clouds hiking trail can be reached in fifteen minutes' walk, too.
