At first glance, this home charms with its rustic facade and breathtaking scenery. You'll find it in the verdant countryside of Llevant, tucked away in lush landscaped gardens and providing a tranquil oasis for families and large groups. Here, you're a six-minute drive from the medieval town of Artà. Spend your days exploring its cobbled alleyways, climbing the Santuari de Sant Salvador for breathtaking views or, on Tuesdays, stocking up on fresh produce at the weekly market. Inside, renovated interiors promise comfort and sophistication. We especially love the open-plan living area, where a cosy lounge, state-of-the-art kitchen and majestic dining table blend seamlessly, providing the perfect gathering place. Start your days roosted at the breakfast bar for fresh fruit and pastries, or take your morning coffee upstairs and enjoy it on the terrace with stunning mountain views. With its expansive grounds and amenities, including a basketball court and table tennis, this home beckons you to unwind in the splendour of your surroundings. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool or relax poolside on the sun-drenched patio, sprawled on a lounger to catch some rays. Wellness devotees will love the yoga and fitness deck, fitted with spinning bikes, free weights, a boxing sac and Bluetooth speakers to blast your go-to workout playlist. We wouldn't blame you for never wanting to leave this peaceful oasis. Though, if you do fancy venturing further afield, you're a ten-minute drive from Canyamel beach. Plus, there are plenty of golf courses, hiking paths and biking trails nearby. After busy days exploring, fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast at sunset, or spend balmy nights curled up by the fireplace.
