The perfect home with the perfect view, this Cycladic beauty does not disappoint. Set on the far side of the island, but still only around half an hour from Mykonos Town by car, it's a calm and quiet retreat with a beach just moments away. Mixing traditional architecture with modern comforts, it's got plenty of space for a large family or a group of friends, with en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There's an open, minimalist feel to both the interiors and the outdoor space, with plenty of cooling whites and neutral tones – making the blue of the Aegean backdrop all the more impressive. From your private terrace, you can gaze across the water to the nearby island, famous for its sea caves and seal population, and choose to swim in your pretty pool or keep cool in the shade. Meals can be enjoyed either indoors or on the sheltered terrace, and there's an impressive outdoor lounge area where evening drinks can be sipped as the sun sets. A side of the island not generally affected by the winds, it's a fairly remote spot with few neighbours – perfect if you're trying to get away from it all.
