Perched on the shores of Lake Montauk, this stunning home is the perfect escape for families and large groups. From the outset, it immediately delights with its charming porch-clad facade, tucked away in a cocoon of foliage and promising privacy. Exquisitely renovated interiors deliver on style and substance, boasting a contemporary design aesthetic and brimming with home comforts to keep your clan entertained. Inside, it's all calming canvas primed for relaxation with high ceilings, hardwood floors and huge windows ushering in floods of sunlight. We especially love the open-plan living space. After a restful slumber in the sumptuous and spacious bedrooms, spend mornings roosted at the dining table for breakfast, prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, or snuggle up on the plush sofas beside the glow of the wood-burning stove. Upstairs, beneath vaulted ceilings, a cosy den is dressed to the nines for socialising with a wet bar, ample sofas and a balcony offering spectacular views. Ample in grounds and amenities, this home's outdoor space beckons you to unwind in nature. A heated saltwater pool takes centre stage on the lush lawn. Between adventures, enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters or lounge on the poolside hammock in the Hamptons sun. Come sunset, fire up the Webber grill for an alfresco feast on the porch and before bed, relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine under the stars.
