Located in the leafy Battersea, this home is the perfect union of traditional elegance with contemporary design. In the living room, you’ll find vintage furnishings and objets d’art collected from far and wide. It’s the ideal place to catch a quiet moment, with a well-thumbed book, tucked up on the squashy tufted armchair by the fireside. The open-plan dining space, with its wide skylights and quaint little orange tree, does a fantastic job of transitioning inside to out, especially when the French doors are opened wide. After an alfresco lunch in your private garden, discover your neighbourhood. A five-minute walk to Shillington Park’s shrub-lined, green spaces calls for Pimm’s on picnic blankets while Battersea High Street, with its cosy pubs and relaxed eateries, is mere minutes up the road. If you’re in the mood to pick up the pace, it’s less than a ten-minute train ride into central London from Clapham Junction station. Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.
