Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
The well-equipped kitchen and the tastefully decorated living room are brilliantly bright. However, the other rooms are considerably darker. For some, the simplicity of the interior design may be underwhelming and, although this apartment may not score highly in the character stakes, its location is brilliant. Fort Pienc, a neighbourhood in the Eixample district, is known for drawing in a younger crowd. Concert halls, cafes, restaurants, and museums are all reachable on foot.

Home truths
Although there is a lift that takes you up to the apartment, it is not sufficiently sized – standard wheelchairs will struggle to squeeze in
There's an extractor fan on the balcony – it's small but, nonetheless, an eyesore
Some of the bedrooms suffer from a noticeable lack of natural light
The air conditioning is not sufficient for the whole house – especially during the swelteringly hot summer months
Some of the furniture could do with some extra love and attention – the master bedroom's wardrobe is in need of an update

About Sagrada Família
La Sagrada Família is the neighbourhood immediately surrounding Barcelona’s greatest and largest attraction - the Sagrada Família. As Gaudí’s opus magnum, the architectural behemoth has been in construction for over a century, and some say asking when will it be finished is the easiest way to anger a local. The immediate vicinity of the cathedral is always busy, but the rest of the area is upscale and residential, making it quieter than one would expect. The vast avenues are home to a variety of cafes, shops, and beautifully designed parks.
