Have you ever booked a holiday home with great reviews and found yourself disappointed? Us too.

That is why the Plum Guide doesn’t operate a traditional review system. Instead we test every one of our homes obsessively against 32 criteria. Only 1 in 100 homes we test, is accepted. This is one of them.

This home has been accepted because it:

  • Received 5 exceptional customer reviews
  • Passed all 32 criteria of our in-person hospitality test
  • Has 3 “super powers”: 3 unique things that make it a truly amazing stay
  • Received a unanimous "In" vote by the Plum Hospitality Judges
  • Received top marks from every Plum Guide guest, since being listed with us

"Original architecture features such as double-height windows and high ceilings of this apartment enhanced the sense of space. The prime location just across Hackney City Farm is indeed an enviable one. The former Queen Elizabeth hospital for Children has been polished up to the hilt and turned into much-coveted apartments. The imposing entrance from Hackney Road makes a statement but you will find a disabled access on Goldsmiths row as well. The Amtico dark flooring coupled with on-trend white and grey scheme throughout the property, make for a neutral palette. The addition of yellow cushions in the bedrooms and on the sofa elevate the intensity of the rooms without distracting the flow, and the lounge washed over with natural light, magnifies the general composition of the home. On the other hand, the design cognoscenti might felt let down by ersatz artwork and replica furniture, and I would not blame them."
