Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Few homes are closer to Covent Garden than this one. Just along a cobbled street from all the restaurants, shops and street performers, it’s a three-floor oasis that even neighbours Paul Smith’s fashion boutique. Things are just as design-focused inside, with Ercol furniture and funky lighting. White-tiled bathrooms and spacious layouts contribute to a restful vibe, one which prolongs on the roof terrace. Accessed by steep steps, the sofas and AstroTurf up here are as escapist as Central London ever gets.

Home truths

This property is in the middle of Covent Garden and it can be slightly noisy – both in terms of street noise, and buskers singing

The heating system isn't the most effective – the upstairs bedrooms can still feel a little chilly

There are several flights of stairs throughout the property. The stairs leading to the rooftop terrace are especially steep and treacherous.

Also, please mind your head exiting onto the roof – the door is shorter than normal.
