Bright, effortlessly chic and in a stunning beachfront location, just a three-minute walk from beautiful Banana Beach, this swanky apartment in Tel-Aviv has been designed with convenience and relaxation in mind. Taking inspiration from this ever-emerging city, the interior finds the perfect blend of industrial style by combining exposed beams, stone and grey marble aplenty to create a sophisticated feel. From its muted palette to the polished floors, this home exudes refinement. Mastering indoor-outdoor living, sliding glass doors open the living space up to the glistening sea views – swoon over the sparkling shoreline while enjoying a lazy breakfast in the sun or sipping sundown drinks out on the bevvy of balconies and terraces. It’s ideal for a family or group of friends travelling together, as there is so much space to sprawl out – find a quiet corner in the chill-out lounge inside to unwind with a good book. We don't often come across five-bedroom homes of this calibre in Tel Aviv, so if you're looking for a classy space in an enviable position, that's one minute from Kerem Hateimanim, you've struck gold here.

About Kerem Hateimanim

Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
