Click to book Baroque Feeling now: from £200 per night One of the great appeals of London is the sense of history that it exudes. In this gorgeous Kensington flat, every aspect of the interior has been designed to make you feel like part of the city's past, transported to another age of glamour and sophistication. The living room is designed with a classical period feel, while the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and in the bathroom, there’s a bathtub just waiting for you to enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. A real highlight is the bedroom, which not only features a comfortable double bed but, around the corner, a private dressing room for a quiet moment of pampering before hitting the town. You couldn’t be better positioned to explore West London, being just two minutes from Kensington Olympia Station for quick and easy access to the rest of the capital. The iconic Westfield shopping complex is only a twenty-minute walk away, and Holland Park is also nearby, with its beautiful Kyoto Japanese garden. Sleeps up to 2 | 1 Bedroom | 1 Bathroom
The Green Parsonage
Click to book The Green Parsonage now: from £500 per night Fulham may be best known for its football club, but this trendy London neighbourhood is also full of charming cafes, local restaurants, and plenty of little galleries and independent shops to explore. It’s just a fifteen minute stroll to the well-connected Parson’s Green and Fulham Broadway tube stations – a short swipe of your Oyster card and you’ll be at Oxford Circus in less than half an hour. The home itself is surprisingly large for London, with an open-plan living and dining area as well as three bedrooms and the rarest attributes of all – both a garden patio and a rooftop terrace. Crack open a bottle and celebrate your good fortune while taking in the view of the capital. Sleeps up to 6 | 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms
Click to book Teal Garden now: from £350 per night As soon as you step through the front door of this three-storey house, it’s clear that the owner has invested love and care into making it feel like home. On a quiet street (it really is peaceful for London) in Shepherd’s Bush, it’s just a stone’s throw from the Westfield shopping centre (5 mins) and within easy walking distance of the tube (2 mins), for trains to central. The overall feel is traditional, with wooden floorboards, lots of books and classical furniture. The exception to this is the ultra-modern kitchen, with its high gloss units and skylights, from which bi-fold doors open out completely to a pretty courtyard garden. With its multi-floor layout, it would work well for a group of friends or a family with older children (there’s a twin room and a separate TV area so they can have their own space). Our favourite spot has to be the roof terrace, for morning coffees or evening drinks, before a wander into Shepherd’s Bush for a relaxed pub dinner followed by some live music. Sleeps up to 8 | 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms
Blow Me Away
Click to book Blow Me Away now: from £150 per night Set in West London’s fashionable Brook Green, this plush one-bedroom apartment is not only perfectly placed but a delight to stay in. Soothing midnight blue accents, rustic wood floors and elegant furnishings create an oasis of calm – particularly in the living room. The large velvet sofa is a dream to fall into; put on the fire and cosy up with a good book when it’s grey outside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favourite meals, but step one foot out of your front door and you’re right by quaint pubs and fantastic eateries. Should you want to venture into the heart of London, it’s a six-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush tube stop. And if you’re willing to explore the city on foot, Holland Park and the pastel-hued mews of Notting Hill are a short stroll away. Sleeps up to 2 | 1 Bedroom | 1 Bathroom
Click to book Cloncurry Street now: from £594 per night Here is a home full of character and charm, close to eating options galore, shops and parks. Locally, you’ll want for nothing. For extra exploring, jump on the tube (Parsons Green station is a stroll away) and catch a show. Get your culture fix at the V&A, just twenty minutes walk away. As for the house itself, we can’t get enough of the homely vibe here. Everything has been designed with comfort in mind. The sink-in sofa by the big bay windows has been perfectly placed for chats with the nominated cook in the huge, fully stocked kitchen. We're big fans of the impressive conservatory which opens out through french doors into a well kept, cobbled garden. Kids will love the wooden swing. They’ll love their bedrooms too, all kitted out with books and toys. A second living room means little ones can have their own space to play and watch TV, while the grown-ups gather downstairs. This is a proper home-from-home, and one we predict you’ll return to. Sleeps up to 7 | 4 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms
