The terrace has a Moroccan-inspired seating area with barbecue, flourishing vegetable patch and a hammock amid the jungle-like vegetation. The interiors are a charming mix of homespun and stylish designs. A bright living area leads onto a balcony, offering unfettered views of the Griffith Observatory and beyond. Our favourite space was the master bedroom – we loved the cerulean blue feature wall and the direct access to the patio with its giant bird of paradise, variety of succulents and pomegranate tree where squirrels scurry and birds sing. On warm summer’s days, take a twenty-minute walk to the shores of Silver Lake Reservoir, followed by an ice-cold drink at the hip bars and cafes on Sunset Boulevard, a twenty-five-minute stroll from your home.
