This guarantees a wonderful view over the village & mountains. It is a 5-minute walk to the village centre and 10-12 minutes to the ski area. Ski lockers for skis & boots are available for guests at the slopes.

The penthouse is on the 2nd floor and has recently been completely renovated. The flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathrooms are very modern, both with shower/toilet & washbasin. The living room is bright and large and equipped with a cosy fireplace. The open, modern kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the south-facing balcony with a brilliant view of the village & the mountains of Saas-Fee. Additionally, the apartment has a private washing machine & dryer plus free Wi-Fi.

Visitor's tax: Summer: CHF 7.00/day for adults, CHF 3.50/day for children (6 - 16 years). Winter: CHF 4.50/day for adults, CHF 2.25/day for children (6 - 16 years). All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard grants numerous attractive discounts like unlimited use of 8 of the 9 lifts in summer. In addition, the use of buses in the Saas Valley is free all year round. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

In The Still Of The Water

Picturesquely nestled between stunning mountains and the glacial Lake Lugano, this cosy studio apartment is a great base for a couple or a solo traveller wanting to make the most out of all this beautiful Italian-speaking part of Switzerland has to offer. While the studio might be compact in size, it has all the comforts to make your stay a relaxing one, and the shared facilities make this place all the more attractive.
 
Inside your home will greet you with a bright and inviting open-plan space, with a sofa which transforms into a comfy double bed. There’s also a dining table where you can share meals you'll easily rustle up in the kitchenette area – if you don’t feel like cooking, there’s also a restaurant and bar downstairs.
