Designed with rest and relaxation in mind, this villa is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking an easygoing stay. The outside space is the highlight – we loved the plunge pool, barbecue area for long, lazy dinners and views of Capri town and the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the interior design may read as dated to some, we think it’s unfussy, and although the kitchen is better suited to light bites, there is a fantastic selection of restaurants a short drive away. Keen to hit the beach? Marina Grande is your closest. 


The Flower of Capri

In the heart of Capri, this villa is a mere three-minute walk from the town’s Piazzetta and the funicular for a stunning view of the islands. While the interior feels grandly old-world with tiled floors keeping things naturally cool, it’s the outside space that is the real highlight. A secluded pool shaded by greenery affords real privacy and there’s a romantic outdoor dining space around the wood-fired bread oven. Guests here can spread out between the outdoor lounge beneath the awning, or up on balconies above. There’s also plenty of sofa space inside. 

Dreamscape Hideaway

This apartment is a real gem. It's well-placed to explore Capri's landmarks – the Gardens of Augustus and Krupp Street are both easily reached on foot – and you'll find plenty of restaurants and boutiques nearby, too. It's on the smaller side, but it's a great size for two and the artwork is quintessentially Italian. The bedroom is on the mezzanine, so there's a separate space to snuggle up after sightseeing, but the kitchenette is compact so dining out might be a good idea. For a romantic trip to one of Italy's most famous islands, this is an excellent choice.

The Art Connoisseur

Experience the timeless beauty of Capri with a stay in this home overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento. Consisting of two independent villas and an annex, this home is a great option for large groups looking to savour the magic of Italian living. Outside, you can drift between the private pool and the terrace whilst admiring the views. Daily housekeeping is included in your stay, and a concierge service offers sweet extras like a private chef and wine tastings. It’s worth noting the villas are connected by a funicular railway which also takes you down to the street level – making it easy to explore further afield. From here, it’s just a short stroll to shops, restaurants and the beach. 

Italian Love Song

A view like this is hard to beat. Built across several terraces, this villa offers sweeping vistas of the Mediterranean Sea. Inside or out, the scenery is front and centre. You'll even glimpse the famous Faraglioni rocks in the distance. But, panoramas aside, we think you'll love the bright and cosy space inside – and with three comfortable bedrooms, it's a great option for families and friends. We also think you'll adore the location. Capri's narrow streets are filled with restaurants and shops, and they're all just a quick stroll away.

Seashells & Sunshine

You’ll find this dreamy holiday home in Marina Piccola, one of the most charming parts of Capri. You can easily walk to the beach and to restaurants, making it a convenient base. Best of all, its lovely location means that you can enjoy wonderful sea views, whether you’re dining alfresco or swimming in the private pool. Some guests will be in the main villa while others will be sleeping in separate guest houses, which is an excellent option for those seeking a touch more privacy. 

How About That

The first thing you’ll notice about this home is the view. Panoramic vistas across the limestone cliffs to the Sorrentine Peninsula will quite literally leave you in awe. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by the scent of fresh flowers and luscious fauna. This rural villa exceeds expectations from every angle, providing privacy to disconnect as well as overflowing options for entertaining spaces for you as a group. 

Inside, you’ll be treated to a wealth of indulgent features. This villa’s historical past can be felt in its ornate tiled floors, romantic arches and traditional furnishings whilst charming elements such as pastel-hued throws, soft lighting fixtures and elegant artworks add a personal touch. Each room has been individually considered so that the blend of antique and considered materials make you and your guests feel part of the Capri landscape. The bedrooms are particularly charming – each, an individually-designed space with a sense of calm and respective personality.

Start your day off with a few laps in the crystalline-blue pool that’s a near colour match for the cerulean water of the Tyrrhenian Sea below. Or take in the sea breeze from the beautiful terrace furnished with cosy chairs, overlooking the sparkling bay below. If you’re seeking a day at the beach, Spiaggia Torre Saracena is a twenty-five-minute walk away – it’s worth the journey for its glittering clear waters. As the stars descend, settle around the outdoor dining table for an Italian feast – your host is happy to arrange a chef if you wish to elevate your evening.

This stunning villa is located in the heart of Capri, just a short walk from the famous Capri Piazzetta. The villa boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento, and Punta Campanella. The grand terrace features quintessentially Caprese columns, olive trees, and a remarkable spot for lounging and alfresco dining – we spent all of our time outside. There’s even a petite outdoor kitchen. Inside, there’s a huge amount of space – the three suites each have a separate lounge area, which makes this a great choice for couples and families seeking a touch more privacy while still travelling as a group. 

Capri by the Sea

It’s easy to see why this exquisite home has been featured in so many prestigious design magazines. The interior is chic and elegant, with playful splashes of colour that give it a 60s vibe – we love the kitchen in particular. It has everything you might need for a relaxing break, including a dreamy terrace boasting fabulous sea views. There’s no better spot in Marina Piccola for soaking up the sun with a pre-dinner cocktail. 


Marina Oasis

The views from this home are reason enough to choose it for your Capri getaway. Take in the spectacular vista as you relax on your private balcony, or lounge in the garden surrounded by flourishing plants and birdsong. Just a twenty-minute walk from Marina Grande, you'll also have the ocean at your disposal for early morning sea swims or afternoons spent sunbathing. 

The air-conditioned interiors are bright and comfortable, decorated in a neutral colour palette that lets the outside surroundings do the talking. From the upstairs bedrooms, you can stare out to sea from the moment you awake – two of them join directly onto the balcony so you can start your day in the sunshine.

You'll find a selection of traditional restaurants just a five-minute walk down the road, as well as supermarkets right across the road where you can pick up all the essentials. It's safe to say this villa – and its location – has ticked all the boxes.

La Rosa Bianca

A stone's throw from the iconic Piazzetta di Capri at the top of the funicular, with far-reaching views over the shimmering Tyrrhenian Sea, this gorgeous apartment captures the imagination with its irresistible combination of emerald green marble floors and jaw-dropping location. 

Completely overhauled in 2021, your hosts have paid close attention to every detail to create an island escape that speaks to the soul. Hand-picked artwork, a well-equipped compact kitchen and two king-size en-suite bedrooms make this an ideal option for a family break, or a getaway with friends.

However, it's the outdoor terrace that steals the limelight. Shared between the apartment's two suites, there's more than enough space for everyone to spread out and claim a corner for themselves. With outdoor dining space, sun loungers and parasols, the scene is set for relaxing alfresco breakfasts, lazy days soaking up some sun, and romantic evening meals with the harbour lights twinkling away below.

Capri Town is only accessible on foot, with plenty of upmarket boutiques and mouthwatering restaurants within a short stroll. For an entirely different perspective on island life, we'd recommend taking to the water for a gentle cruise along its coast, passing secluded coves and the yawning mouths of sea caves.
