Ideally located in Venice’s Cannaregio neighbourhood, this traditional and stylish pad is within easy walking distance of the city’s historic landmarks and cultural institutions. You can arrive by boat here, with Fondamente Nuove, just steps away. The interiors are considered, with plenty of space for your cohort – the central dining room is the heart of this apartment and where we imagine you’ll share memorable meals. Keep in mind this is a central location, so noise is to be expected, though the artfully-designed bedrooms make falling asleep feel somewhat luxurious.

Venetian Gondola

Tucked away in Venice's arty district of Dorsoduro, this charming home has a large private garden that kids will love, along with space for alfresco dining and sunbathing. The main bedroom enjoys its own en-suite, and while you won't have views in all the bedrooms here, the location is great. You won't be fully central, but you're never far from the action and you might hear some outside noise during your stay. You'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops close by, as well as Vaporetto stops for easy travel across this iconic city.

Verdant Retreat

This charming and functional apartment is a great choice for those looking to be in the heart of Venice. From here, you’ll have your pick of restaurants and bars, while St Mark's Square and Doge's Palace are a short walk away. Inside, there are two very compact kitchenettes, which are only suitable for preparing light bites. There's also a sofa bed for flexible sleeping options. But, the real standout is the private courtyard, complete with a garden set, perfect for morning coffees. Just keep in mind that this home is spread over multiple floors with no lift, so we recommend it for those who can easily manage stairs. 

Venice's Loredan

This tranquil Venetian haven is spread over four floors in the city's San Marco district. The rooftop terrace offers space to dine alfresco and some lovely views over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings. There are a lot of stairs here, making it unsuitable for children under the age of 6, but babies and older children are welcome. The main living space is on the second floor with multiple Juliet balconies – they're great for letting the outdoors in, but you won't have room to sit out on them. The kitchen is small, but fear not – there's a range of restaurants within walking distance, as well as vaporetto stops close by for exploring.

Casa della Terrazza

This cosy apartment is just moments from St. Mark's Square and overlooks the maze-like beauty of Venice from its private balcony on the third floor. You'll need to climb stairs to reach it and the decor is on the simple side, but it's ideal if you want to be close to the action without being in the centre of everything. The kitchen is small here – good for cooking light meals, but fear not. You'll find a wealth of Venice's fantastic restaurants right on your doorstep, along with shops and the famous canals.

The Vaporetto

This stunning apartment on the picturesque Canal Dei Greci combines classic Venetian style with modern comforts. Its central location makes it the perfect base for exploring Venice's must-see sights, including St Mark's Square, the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace and the Clock Tower, all within a ten-minute walk. Enjoy lovely views over the canal and the historic leaning tower nearby, as gondolas glide past and water taxis drop you off at your front door. Keep in mind, the second-floor apartment is accessible by stairs. With ample space for your guests and surrounded by antiques, this home away from home offers both formal and casual living areas, ideal for experiencing the very best of Venice.

The Bellini

Featured in The Telegraph and in Condé Nast Traveller magazine, this apartment in the heart of the Castello district offers everything you could hope for in a Venetian getaway. While this third-floor home is accessed via stairs only, once inside you’ll be charmed by the low-slung beams and the trompe-l'œil conservatory. Best of all, there’s a private rooftop terrace with breathtaking views over Venice’s terracotta rooftops. The vistas continue towards the churches of San Francesco Della Vigna, San Giorgio Maggiore and the bell tower of St. Mark’s – best enjoyed over an aperitivo at sunset. 


The Little Glass Book

This cosy apartment gives you the chance to experience the real Venice. Dorsoduro is a bustling neighbourhood popular with locals and university students, so by staying here you can live like a local. The apartment is petite and fuss-free, with everything you need for a short stay. It’s not the largest apartment in Venice, but the tiled terrace is a real bonus. It faces the 14th-century Church of Santa Maria dei Carmini, which adds to the charm but definitely dominates the view. 

The Venetian Dream

Accessed via a secret courtyard in Venice's Dorsoduro district, this apartment is ideal for a solo traveller or couple. The balcony has space to sit out and enjoy an alfresco meal but is overlooked by surrounding buildings and may not feel fully private. You'll have your pick of restaurants within walking distance for whatever you're craving, so while the kitchen here is very small, you need not worry. Art galleries and the famous Peggy Guggenheim Collection are also nearby for immersing yourself in local culture, and three vaporetto stops are within easy reach to make exploration a breeze.

Serenity at Dorsoduro

Drop your bags and explore Venice from this charming apartment in the San Samuele district. Located on the third and fourth floors and with its own rooftop terrace (which is on the smaller side but has lovely views), there are a lot of stairs here. Guests with reduced mobility may wish to look elsewhere, but families and friends hoping to make the most of Venice are in luck. It's an easy stroll to a grocery store, wine shop, and a range of cafes. And with several vaporetto (canal boat) stops close by, you'll be exploring the city in no time.

Ode to Venus

Just look at those panoramic views of the Bacino di San Marco from this home's south-facing terrace – we can see why it's been featured in The Telegraph. Inside, there's plenty of room for all your guests in the spacious living room, though the ceiling in some areas is on the low side – beware taller guests. We love the small spa bath, too, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring Venice. Located on the Riva Degli Schiavoni waterfront, there's plenty to see within walking distance, including St. Mark's Square and the San Marco district. The Church of La Pietà is also moments away, and you'll find acclaimed restaurants nearby.

Venice's Art

Hidden behind a medieval garden wall but right next to a Venetian promenade, this home is a secret retreat in the heart of the city. We particularly love the traditional Italian charm of the living room, which invites in plenty of natural light – although the kitchen is on the smaller side, we suggest dining out. Found in Venice's hip Dorsoduro district, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy reach here. However, with that courtyard, you might want to spend more time at home – we think it's a perfect spot for afternoon drinks after a morning exploring the nearby museums, galleries and churches.
