This is the sort of spectacular home that is certain to draw gasps as you wander around for the first time. The view of Port D'Andratx and the Mediterranean Sea from the hillsides position is impressive enough but the beautiful design and wealth of amenities only add to this splendour.

Only finished in 2021, the interior is as contemporary as they come, with a chef-standard kitchen, a chic collection of furnishings and inbuilt technology to control everything from temperature, lighting and entertainment from touchscreens. Head down to the lower level of the home and you'll find both a wine cellar and a spa area, complete with a Jacuzzi, sauna and massage foot basin.

Of course, given the glorious Mallorcan climate, you will probably want to spend as much time outdoors as possible and that's more than doable at the address thanks to a swimming pool from which you get perhaps the best views from anywhere on the site. That being said, the vista is no less impressive from the outdoor kitchen or the terrace. 

When you fancy a change of scenery at any point — if indeed you do — the seafront restaurants of Port D'Andratx take just over five minutes to reach in the car and Cala Blanca sits double that amount of time away for when you fancy a day at the beach.

If you’re searching for a coastal family getaway on the Costa del Sol, this could be the home for you. Nestled in Mijas Costa and boasting sea views from the private balcony, it’s sure to tick a lot of holiday boxes. The fuss-free interiors may not be full of luxurious touches, but it’s a comfortable home and the cosy kitchen means you can whip up culinary feasts – though, in summer, you may prefer to dine out at the on-site restaurant. Feeling the Spanish heat? Enjoy a dip in the communal pool or take a five-minute walk to the beach for a splash in the sea.

Whether you're planning a big family getaway, a holiday with friends, or a corporate retreat, this home has you covered. It boasts a private pool, a spa and steam room, and space for alfresco dining – and it's all just minutes away from central Ibiza and its main attractions. An internal lift makes for easy navigation, and every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and balcony, with two bedrooms leading out to a terrace with room to sit out and catch a tan. You won't need a car here to get the most out of your stay, whether it's beach days, local restaurants, or Ibiza's famous nightlife.

This gorgeous Ibizan home is situated in the countryside outside the village of St Carlos, boasting gorgeous sea views and a myriad of facilities. The garden is spacious and there's a treehouse for the kids, and for grown-ups there's a barrel sauna and outdoor gym, with the option of a private yoga instructor. The home is spread over a main house and two annexes, each with their own terrace and private parking, so even if you're travelling as multiple families or a large friend group, there's plenty of space for everyone. You'll need a car here – it's a short drive to the nearby beaches and the town of Ibiza with its famous nightlife.

Ode to Balearic Sunsets

Looking out over mountains and fields, the background of this home is idyllic – perfect for those looking for some seclusion. The interior, while a bit dated, includes everything you need for extended stays. The location is fairly rural, so a car is essential – the nearest restaurant and shops are 3 km away. And yet the kids shouldn't get bored, with the pool and play area sure to keep them occupied. If you fancy heading to the coast, you're 34 km from the centre of Malaga.

The Blue Melody

Situated a mere 400 metres away from Talamanca bay lies this luxurious villa in Ses-Torres. Its prime location in a small-scale urbanisation allows for convenient access to both the beach and the charming village of Jesús, where you can find a multitude of amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and banks. Additionally, Ibiza-town is just a stone's throw away, with the city centre less than two kilometres from the villa.

Casa Kiwi, spread over three floors, boasts a contemporary design that exudes innovation and minimalism. The ground floor houses the open-plan living areas, which include a lounge, dining room, and a high-gloss white kitchen complete with a cooking island and top-of-the-line built-in appliances, featuring handle-less cabinets for a sleek and seamless finish. The living room is surrounded by sliding doors that flood the space with natural light.

A floating staircase leads to the upper floors, where three en-suite bedrooms can be found on the first floor, with the master bedroom featuring a private terrace that offers stunning views of the bay of Talamanca and the island of Formentera. The fourth bedroom and private gym can be found on the lower ground floor.

The villa also boasts several terraces on different levels, including a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace on the ground floor, and a spacious roof terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy al fresco dining.

The villa offers a range of sleeping arrangements including a master suite with a super king size bed, air conditioning, TV, large wardrobe space with a safe-box, and a private terrace with sea views, and three additional bedrooms each with air conditioning, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; the villa is suitable for families, relaxation, honeymoons, couples, and summer holidays and features amenities such as a fitness room, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, barbecue, and a roof terrace with a day bed and outdoor hot tub.

The house rules do not allow pets, but children are allowed, smoking is not permitted, events are not allowed, and the villa is wheelchair accessible; housekeeping is included and covers cleaning Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day, with an end-of-stay clean also included.

Innovative Oasis

Located on a complex on the ever-popular Costa del Sol, this compact apartment is just a five-minute walk from the beach. You’ll have your own private garden here, with an alfresco dining terrace and loungers, as well as access to a shared swimming pool. Children are well catered for too, with a communal children’s pool and playground. While the kitchenette isn’t huge – especially when the home’s at full occupancy with guests three and floor sleeping on the sofa bed – there’s a choice of on-site restaurants, so this needn’t be a deal-breaker. And when you’re ready to explore, you’ll find a waterpark, a zoo, and the historic coastal town of Fuengirola just a short drive away.

Ocean Drive

This elegant and chic villa has a gem of a location – it’s situated just two houses back from the sea, 100 metres from Casablanca Beach at the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile. There are plenty of renowned eateries on your doorstep, while Marbella centre is just a fifteen-minute walk away.

Take in the sea and mountain views from the balcony, enjoy a glass of champagne in the jacuzzi or cool off in the gorgeous pool. There’s a hammock, perfect for unwinding in, or if you prefer some shade in this south-facing garden, there’s a covered terrace and a day bed with a canopy. Inside exudes calm, and natural light floods in. We love the yoga studio – perfect for practising your sun salutes. With two living areas, this home is ideal for families or a group of friends wanting space.



Marbella Marvel

Situated on the Costa del Sol, this family-friendly apartment is set back from the bustling seafront. Flowing out from the modern living space, a private terrace, and a small garden awaits. You can enjoy hotel facilities a stone's throw away, including a seasonal pool and shared tennis court. Thanks to free on-site parking, Carvajal Beach is only a short drive from here. Even better, why not hire a professional chef to take care of dinner after an Andalusian road trip?

Tranquil Escape

Found in a resort with a tropical vibe, this apartment caught our eye thanks to the fantastic surroundings. The home itself is simple but has everything you need for an extended stay – the terrace stood out to us in particular as a spot to get some privacy while still enjoying the sun. The large communal pools will be a real hit with the kids, and golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know there are two courses nearby. And if you want to hit the coast, Puerto Banús is just a short drive.

Sunset Terrace Hideaway

A mere twenty-minute walk from Sonora beach, this apartment is an ideal base for a family getaway in Estepona. After all, for days where you don’t feel like venturing out, there’s plenty to keep you occupied here. Enjoy communal facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness centre – you’ll never be short of things to do. Locally, golfers can take their pick of courses when they need their fairway fix, and for authentic Spanish cuisine, drive to the city centre, just nine kilometres away, where tapas and sangria await.
