Ask the host anything

Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

As expected for an 18th-century Copenhagen home, the layout of this large and oh-so-stylish studio is a little kooky. One bedroom with a handy desk nook is tucked into the eaves on a mezzanine, so it's not the most private of spaces. The living area, which houses a sofa bed for two guests, forms part of the main bedroom. And while the balcony is a bonus, it's pocket-sized. But you can't quibble with the location. Set slap bang in the middle of Indre By, you're within walking distance of all the city's must-sees. Get off to a flying start at the shopping mecca of Strøget – it's right outside your door.

Home truths

This home sleeps six guests, with the last two guests sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space, which is adjoined to the main bedroom. It's also worth noting the second bedroom is located on a mezzanine level, so it isn't overly private.

The second bedroom has restricted ceiling height in some areas.

This studio is located on the third floor with no lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs. The home's floating staircase isn't overly toddler-friendly.

Your host politely asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and the apartment is fitted with a noise sensor.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

Other than being the mecca of all things shopping-related, you are also within easy access to attractions like Kongens Have, the National Gallery of Denmark, Christiansborg, Nyhavn and Amalienborg.
