At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on one or both of the two sofa beds in the bedrooms.
There’s free parking for up to two cars in the garage and one car on the driveway, along with free street parking. Larger SUVs will need to park on the street.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide their ID. The lead guest should be at least 25 years old.
Your host kindly asks that you remove your shoes before going upstairs.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the cabinets in the master closet which are labelled as 'Owner Use Only'.
The hot tub can be used between 7am and 10pm and should remain covered when not in use. Your host kindly asks that you keep glassware and food away from the hot tub.
The fire table should be kept covered when not in use and should be allowed to cool for ten minutes before covering.
