This Parisian pad is within walking distance of many of the capital’s must-sees, including the Louvre, the Royal Palace, and the River Seine. Located in a well-heeled neighbourhood, you’ll have luxury shops nearby, and for culture vultures, the Pompidou Centre is a ten-minute stroll. While the home itself is small, it’s got lots of character – we love the exposed wooden beams and decorative stair rails – and the compact kitchen gives you the perfect excuse to sample some of the many restaurants in the area. Although the full occupancy here is four (with two guests sleeping on the sofa bed), we think this place is best suited to a couple or solo traveller.

Home truths
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the fourth floor. There are also stairs to climb inside the home.
You won't find an oven here – though there is an induction hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
The bedroom is quite small with limited storage space.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Space is limited here and while this home can technically sleep four guests, we think it's best suited to two.
Guests can use the phone in the home which allows free calls to landlines worldwide.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

About Louvre - Palais Royal
Where to begin with one of Paris's most majestic and central districts? This was the stomping ground of historic kings, and now its grand palaces and squares are home to museums, galleries, government offices, and luxury shopping. With no fewer than three Royal palaces, the attractions are plentiful in this neck of the woods. If checking out the Mona Lisa with throngs of tourists isn't your thing, we recommend exploring some of the area's quieter hidden gems. Colonnes de Burennes has a gorgeous secret square and Alain Ducasse's world-famous French restaurant 'Le Meurice' is just around the corner.
