Nestled in the heart of the desert, this Palm Springs home boasts views of the surrounding mountains. The outdoor space is well set up for alfresco dining – there’s a built-in gas barbecue with bar-stool seating for casual bites as well as a dining table on the terrace – and you can cool off from the heat in the private pool. Inside, there’s plenty of space for everyone with two lounge areas to relax in and a sociable kitchen complete with breakfast bar. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request the cot in advance. The swimming pool isn't fenced so children will need to be supervised at all times.

The double bed is very low to the ground so might not be accessible for everyone.
