You'll find this home just a short drive from Viareggio and the sandy beaches on the Tuscan coast. The sun-kissed terrace boasts panoramic views of Bargecchia – the perfect setting for a glass of wine. There's also an above-ground swimming pool – it's on the smaller side, so we think it's best for quick dips. Indoors, two living areas and two kitchens ensure ample space for everyone to spread out. Just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the downstairs lounge.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the lower ground-floor living area.
The swimming pool is above ground. It's open between 1st May and 30th September. We think it's best for quick dips, as it's not very big.
The fireplaces are ornamental.
Please note that part of the house is closed to guests but is unoccupied.
We suggest hiring a car in this location. Parking is available for one car.
Heating is seasonal – it's only available during the winter (1st November to 15th April).
