Central London homes don’t come much smarter than this, and neither do locations. Set along one of Mayfair’s most prestigious streets, you’ve got fine dining restaurants, high-end boutiques and leafy Hyde Park just a stroll away. Back home, a private lift opening directly into this elegant apartment saves you hauling bags upstairs. A great option for two couples or friends sharing, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and small balconies to soak in the Mayfair bustle. It’s worth noting that, at full occupancy, the last two guests will share a sofa bed in the lounge. But for a home this exquisite, we don’t think you’ll mind.
