This Brentwood penthouse is only a ten-minute drive from the beach yet foregoes the boho beach vibe favouring something that wouldn't look out of place in the mega-mansions that dot the neighbourhood. For us, the highlight is the maximalist dining space with deep teal walls and statement lighting. Kick back on the sofa with a copy of the LA Times and a coffee in hand before heading out to start the day. Brentwood's A-list inhabitants value their privacy, so the tree-lined boulevards aren't the busiest. However, you've not had an authentic Brentwood experience until you've headed out on an early morning hike and bumped into the likes of Gwyneth or Arnie. The location provides excellent access to the restaurants, bars and shopping of San Vicente while still possessing some quieter charms, making it all the better for getting a good night’s sleep in one of the penthouse’s pastel-accented bedrooms.
