Sitting atop a modern building, Musical Genius flows over Friedrichshain and provides an unobstructed bird-eye view of the modern city. It’s minimalist in style, which only adds more character to the antique family heirlooms that are so well-maintained that it looks as if they were created yesterday. Every corner of this home tells a story as it’s packed with personal touches like the beautiful fashion sketches and artworks created by the host’s children. Musical Genius also comes complete with a harp and piano for you to use - and let’s not forget about the sauna.

This is a lived-in home, so expect to share some of the space with the host’s belongings

The host is currently installing an air conditioning unit - when we visited, it wasn’t ready yet
Parking for one car is available for an additional fee
