We were instantly smitten with this stylish apartment on Avenue Foch. To start, the interior is effortlessly chic, with earthy browns in the furnishings, shelving and wooden floor making for a warm and cosy atmosphere — it's a lovely place to snuggle up next to the contemporary fireplace giving off warmth. The kitchen is a great example of well-executed minimalism, with sleek surfaces and in-built appliances both pleasing to the eye and a joy to cook on. Continuing through this space, guests reach the modern conservatory, which is, of course, flooded with natural light. It also looks out to the private garden space, which benefits from both outdoor seating and a sculpture of a big cat ready to pounce. There's a versatility to this home that means there's somewhere to relax whatever the weather, but there's also plenty to see and do nearby when you're in the mood to explore. Arc de Triomphe is only eight minutes away on foot, while the sprawling greenery of Bois de Boulogne takes less than twenty minutes to reach in the opposite direction. The surrounding sixteenth arrondissement has plenty of trendy restaurants, designer boutiques and art galleries to get acquainted with as well.
