On the top floor in a lively neighbourhood bordering the Dorsoduro, Santa Croce and San Polo districts, this apartment offers views over the Rio de San Pantalon canal. Get to know the city with plenty of hotspots within walking distance, including St Mark's Square and Campo Santa Margherita. The kitchen is on the smaller side, so it's not ideal if you're planning on cooking lots of group meals. But with a number of authentic restaurants within a five-minute walk, you won't have to cook at all if you so wish.

Cars aren't permitted in most of Venice, so you won't be able to park outside this home. You'll be a six-miinute walk from the gondola ferry on the Grand Canal, making this home an ideal spot for traversing the city.
This home is on an upper floor without lift access, so it won't be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Due to the central location and being an apartment, you might hear some noise from neighbours and from the street during your stay.
The twin beds can be joined to make a double – you'll need to request this in advance.
Storage in the bedrooms is limited, so you may want to pack light – especially if you're planning on shopping trips during your stay.
